I have a comfort maker furnace that has a bad circuit board, mod.#1014460, that board is discontinued and the replacement Honeywell universal board is mod.#ST9120U1011. I'm not understanding the instructions, and as to which harness to use. It saids to disconnect the 9 pin molex plug and plug into harness ST9101, the old board doesn't have a 9 pin connector, it only has a 6 pin connector. Confused, can anyone help...

The instructions cross reference should tell you which harness to use. You should plug the harness into ST9120U1011 six pin connector and the plug from the old control into the harness. I do not have my instruction for that control handy it is at my training center. If you can wait until tomorrow I can check it.0
