ASME "H" Stamp for Pennsylvania Boilersted

I had a inspector tells us yesterday that when a boiler installed in Pennsylvania with an "H" stamp then everything connected to the boiler I.e. Feeder, back flow preventor, low water cutoff, flow switch, circulator, all have to be rated for 240 degrees Fahrenheit. I, in my 40 years in this industry have never been told that. Fortunately I only have one inspector telling me that but it's enough to cause some angst. He made a comment that if the boiler has an "H" stamp then they are treating the system like a commercial system. Have looked and looked and looked but I cannot find this standard/code anywhere.
