Just installed new hot water boiler. Can't get fins bled on 2 sections. 1 1/4" steel fin. 1 3' piece comming off 1 1/4" main 3/4" branch diverter tee. Other fed by 1" in and out. Not new to this. In trade 40 years. There are bleeders on the fin tube. Have bled several times. Got some air initially but still can't get fin to heat. My pump is on supply side and I have purge valves on returns. Have tried all the tricks at the boiler. Raise pressure , shut pump off and purge, etc. Opened to suggestions.
