    What a shame.. steam is one of the best and most comfortable methods for heat in my opinion... Funny how a system that was king at the turn of the 20th century is now "bad"

    Those savings numbers are real. The Calvert Court project we did ten years ago saved about $10,000 in fuel in the first year of operation. And that's just a 32-unit building!

    But we'll never see anything like that program in Baltimore.
