Sometimes the boiler doesn't turn on even
though the temperature is 2 Degrees under
thermostat setting (digital Honeywell) any ideas why this happens? Thanks, steam-one pipe system.

Battery thermostat? If so, are the batteries good? Then -- does the thermostat have a little indicator to say that it's calling for heat (most Honeywells do). If it's not calling for heat, then there may be a problem with the thermostat. If it is, time to check the boiler -- but what to check I cannot say without knowing a lot more about your system!Br. @heatinghelpfor3 check your " setup" instruction page like @Ichmb suggested. Good luck0

Might be set up to cycle once per hour keeping it from firing0
