Airco oil furnace sooted

Hi my oil furnace was sooted pretty bad i cleaned the heat exchanger the combustion chamber and the blower and everything up the chimney changed the nozzel to. Now when the furnace starts up the barometric damper rattles really loud for a couple mins till the furnance warms up. If i open the door to look in the chamber it stops. Any info would help thank you

Did you set the burner up with an analyzer? If not, do... if you don't have an analyzer and know how to use it, find a competent burner tech. who does.Br. Jamie, osb

No i did not i dont have one. I will have to call a tech thank you for the info. Wasnt sure if it was something simple0
