All that in a day? How many guys? I guess if you do a lot of them you get it down to a science, like our guys and a scorched air job.

My brother, father, and I. Also 1 other helper. Burnham was kind enough to send me a cut sheet with all those fittings and nipple sizes, exact. So, I actually build the header while our rip out crew was removing the boiler.
