Steam replacement for an old lady

Got a call to replace a badly rotted Weil McLain boiler, 80 yo lady is on a major budget with aids to care for her, husband long gone. She speaks no English only Italian, thank god for my pop who speaks fluent Italian. Anyway everything done was budget minded but we managed, and made the old lady happy.
