No fun. I have been in more than my share of crawl spaces that aren't as generous than that one for head room, and dirt/sand floor on top of that, and oh the cobwebs

Do they still make the old horizontal oil tanks?? Might have made your life easier??

I hate crawl spaces. The worst is the cobwebs, broken glass, no lights, broken concrete and cinder blocks, pipes and wires to crawl over.

Not to mention, crawling in and forgetting something.

and the ones you cant stand up and kneeling your too short.

Yes Ed, you can still get horizontal tanks. That was my thought when I saw the 2 verticals was why? I think this is in a flood plain, but I don't see them strapped down

I honestly have no idea why they used those tanks...not altogether sure how they got in there to pipe them really. I had a heck of a time cutting them lose and when I did, the right tank almost fell over. I'll be paying for that job for a few days..... may knee's are not happy.. The new gv90 is in there purring along now. Customer is very happy about how quiet it is...
