Vaporstat and Deep Vacuum

Do Honeywell 408/608 vaporstats work on naturally induced vapor-vacuum systems? I look at some company specs and didn't see anything posted. Any real-world experiences?

    No experience on deep vacuums. Small ones, yes. But there shouldn't be a problem -- the mechanism should just bottom out at or slightly below atmospheric and stay there.
