I think they are just re-badged Honeywell Sparco actuators, fairly easy to find.

It looks like the white Uponor thermo electrics also work?

Confirm with Uponor that the pin stroke matches the older type actuator. If the dimension are not exact the valve could be held partially open all the time, or not open fully if the stroke is shorter. Sometimes a spacer adapter is required to assure that.

Yep, if that is the transition ring required to match the old with the new.

Keep an eye on current draw when you start loading up thermoelectric actuators. Most manufacturers now offer low current draw versions. Be patient they take longer to fully actuate or if you are waiting for end switch contact.

I've not used that brand recently, some of the new actuators can be locked open for purging. Some come locked open and will release after the first power up.

With the actuator removed from the manifold that port is full open. Screw the actuator on, leave it unpowered and that port is closed.

Or get the plastic caps that ship with most manifolds and use it to open or close the various branches for purging. Maybe some were left behind at the jobsite? The plastic cap, when screwed down shuts off that port so you can easily do a loop by loop purge.

With a 4 port manifold, you may have enough fill flow in "fast fill" mode to purge all 4 at once.

The TwisTop actuator that we offer allows you to manually lock open a zone. It also "makes" the end switch when you manually lock it open if you want to start the circ for purging.

You would need to test and see if this actuator would work on that manifold. Threads will match, but maybe not the stroke.
