return piping under-ground

is there anything wrong with connecting the return like this ?
the pipe on the right is below the pipe on left, the pipe on right is a return that goes under ground ( there is a door that it goes under). the pipe on the left is connected to the hart ford loop. the pipe coming down on the left is the second return in the system which is a no brainier .

thanks ezzt, i wasn't sure, in my head I was saying to myself that its udder the water line anyways so its going to fill with water no mater what0
