I want to buy a book

I have tried everything I can think of to get a copy of Frank Gerety's book GETTING THE MOST OUT OF ONE PIPE STEAM SYSTEMS -- if anyone wants to sell me their copy I would be delighted to take it off your hands. We live in Canada -- Manitoba, to be exact, and our idea of warm winter weather is 20 below f. I also collect heating books and I want this for my library and it seems they published one copy of this book and locked the rest up? So make a frozen Canadian happy and sell me your copy. We have a saying in Winnipeg "Yeah it's forty below --So get a toque Eh!
Thanks

No we have a lot of hot water but I have been lucky to work for the largest school division in Winnipeg and we produced the third most steam in the province, so I have had the chance to work on many steam related problems0
