    Then you do not use the best material for the job. We need to quit thinking deadmen did not make choices based on price, they did. That is why they used iron for wet returns and embraced the cast iron fittings.
    Cost is what you spend , value is what you get.

    What's wrong with copper on wet returns now?

    Single pipe 392sqft system with an EG-40 rated for 325sqft and it's silent and balanced at all times.

    Unfortunately, not.

    I probably have all the book knowledge required at this point. The prospect of flying Cessna's or Pipers around the local area isn't that appealing. Now, if I had the funds for a King Air and could travel reasonable distances in comfort, safety, and style...............now you're talking.
