If this works even half as well as they claim, it will pay for itself on one room. I just ordered one.

Oh please do! If it works as advertised, could come in mighty handy.

One wall excavation avoided = paid for.

Thanks for your interest in Walabot, and for ordering our DIY product. It seems like many people loved it too, and we are swamped with orders. We are working hard to catch up and many more units are being built. We will do everything we can to get your Walabot to you as soon as possible but there might be a few weeks of delay.

We will keep you updated and if you have any questions please send us an email

We are but only on the cusp of what everyone's new best freind has the ability to do. It is a matter of third party interface entrepanuers imagination.

    Think bones in Star Trek.

Good luck with that Kurt looks like a nice unit for a couple franklins. Hilti makes a rebar locator for concrete up to 6" deep. For a mere 6k. We opted for profoscope for 1/2 that cost. When accuracy really counts.

Hello: As long as we're talking fun toys, have a look at Flir-One, http://www.flir.com/flirone/ios-android/#fullfeatures . Not too expensive either! :p
