carpets versus fintube output

if the intake area is cut in half what might be expected on the output side? this is FineLine 30 product. 150 degrees, 1.5 gpm.

Not sure if there are any actual numbers on that, but fintube is convective heat -- so there will be a substantial drop in output or a delta T. I doubt it would be cut in half (or doubled), but it would be substantial. You may want to raise the flow or input temperature.Br. Jamie, osb
