Just finished tonight.....williamson gsa125....rated for 325 sq ft home has 322 sq ft.....3 inch drop header with vxt...condensate loop with 3 piece pump....VERY tight spot ....paul s

Someone we don't hear much from these days. He was a master at those ship-in-a-bottle boiler replacements. I miss seeing his postings.

Nice job Paul. If this in NJ you may have to change the PRV piping to brass, copper or galvanized. I had to do that once. Now I just use a 2-1/2" brass nipple and 3/4 elbow then copper to the floor. The inspector was a pain about it.

Pressure relief valve, jersey inspectors don't want black pipe on it.
