Weil-McLain Ultra 155 - DHW TOO HOT

Hi,
New here! Hope someone can kindly advise to my situation. I have a setup here that when I lower the temp on Priority 1 (DHW) w/ Aqua Plus tank to 120 degrees, the Priority 2 (FTB) temp does not reach its specified temp of 180 degrees - 2 Zone setup. Basically, when DHW temp is good, there is not enough heat and the unit short cycles all day. The U control display appears to only be activating for the DHW demand and not switch once satisfied.
Does DHW outbound pipe just need a mixing valve? Doesn't that kill the overall efficiencies of the unit - over heating the water to mix it down to desired temp?
Does the U control board need replacing?
Currently, I have all set to 180 degree in order to have heat in the house, while risking scolding everywhere else.
Let me know if you need pics or any other info and I will provide.
Thanks in advance!

You will need to post some pictures of how it is piped.
A common cause of this is a lack of check valves on the circulators."If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough"
