venting issues standard 80% BOILER and standard water heater natural vent b vent up thru roof
not getting good draft- flames lazy n water heater- boiler has sooted up=natural gas-chimney pipe is corroded badly
has been replaced runs up thru knee wall and up thru attic shows signs of condensation gas pressure incoming 6"
thought?

Step 1 -- go out and get a reliable CO monitor and put it near the boiler and water heater!
Step 2 -- I second what @BobC. said -- is there enough air getting in to allow the units to draught? Is the building tight, and is there an exhaust fan somewhere (kitchen, bath)?Br. Jamie, osb
