Just wanted to say an all-inclusive 'Happy Holidays' to everyone out there in HeatingLand.

We decided to let the kids open their gifts early, since the house is chilly... One by one, packages were torn open, and the coal they received was carefully shoveled into the boiler.

Just kidding, of course, but it makes for a hilarious Christmas card! My extended family thinks I'm a little bit eccentric. Ha ha!

    That's a very funny Xmas image! I've set up chairs in front of my boiler for a "modern" hearth feeling, except I don't feel right keeping the peek-holes open. If only I had flames painted on as does @KC_Jones, then I'd feel really cozy! :)

    Merry Christmas! Here in northern Illinois. I think I'm going to have to mow the lawn. Big first snow.....then nothing but rain, and mild temps.

    Up in the Twin Ports we've had a very mild winter so far. We just got our first snow 3 days ago, and another dusting last night....woke up to 20* and overcast.
