We have replaced the draft inducers twice in the last 9 years for this boiler. The inducer has fallen apart on both.
anybody see this before?

You mean like this? Solo 175 day before Thanksgiving. What Robert said, or a fluke. Not common.

Mine did the same after 4 years ,just blew apart today , however it does cycle often due to how it is hooked up to a brazed plate hot water heater for domestic and a flow switch , sooooooooooo, i will make changes on my end but TT should use SS for the inducer wouldyathink???

Its a whole lot harder & $$$ to make and balance a SS fan blade vs. a plastic one.

TT boasts about their SS , all of it . the plastic one is more like a sugar wafer , what a piece of #^#^^. for a 3700 $ heater , i disagree with the cost benifits . they even sell the repair kit with a briefcase omg. for 1700 $ with more plastic . so until they improve i will not install anymore solos , just soyano.

Do you have pictures of your terminations?
Cross contamination is usually the culprit not the plastic.

If the venting is correct you usually don't have a problem. I have solos out there that are 5+ years old without a single issue. I never use a concentric vent no matter what. I would rather use indoor combustion air before a concentric I just don't trust them.
