Dear All:
I try to change from oil system to gas system in my house in long island, NY.
National grid gave us a list to choice the boiler for rebate. Right now I am choosing between forced hot water he sealed combustion or forced hot water he natural draft from two plumbers. Please give me some suggestion for two. Good thing and bad thing. Which one is better?
My house is split type house with around 2000 sqf area including garage.
Any suggestion is welcome.
Thank you,

What is the present system-hot water, or steam?
If you have steam now, there can be problems with a conversion, such as leaks.
If you have hot water, you can have a "mod-con" boiler, which is more expensive, but has some valuable advantages, such as using outside air for combustion, and outdoor reset, which varies the loop temperature as the outside temperature changes.
These boilers must be installed, and maintained ongoing, by a very qualified hydronics specialist, who may or may not be a plumber. Don't bother to read many online reviews of the various makes, as the horror stories are mostly to do with improper installation by an untrained moonlighter.
A heat loss survey of the building must be performed, in order to size the new boiler, and not merely rely on the rating plate of the old boiler, or you will not get the maximum efficiency and savings.--NBC0 -

Robert , What type of program is this that Natl Grid is offering or participating in ? Are you saying that a program which uses ratepayer funded monies has an exclusive deal with a manufacturer ?You didn't get what you didn't pay for and it will never be what you thought it would .
