I have a boiler that is leaking from the relief valve. I change the expansion tank, water feed, and relief valve.
Purged all air from 3 zones.
System also has a super stor indirect water heater.
boiler temp is set for 180 degrees and is cycling.
pressure is climbing to 30psi after a while. the starts to leak.
Not sure where to go next.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks, Chris

Try isolating the indirect from the system and see if things stabilize. If you don't have isolation valves on the lines feeding the coil, try shutting off the cold water feeding the indirect for a few hours.

    Chris,

What else has changed? I got jammed once with an ifc circ replacement, won't forget that one anytime soon. Your heated water is not seeing the expansion tank, your expansion tank is useless, your indirect has a very odd leak in the hx, that's all I can think of without seeing it.

My bet is a pinhole leakon the coil on indirect. As Swei said isolate indirect and see if it stabilizes .

    Thank you for the advice.
I was thunking the indirect might be the issue.
I have had the that before.

Perhaps the same problem on the same system? I had that before I realized that I was overpumping my copper bundle inside my heat exchanger. (homemade by the way).
