Burnham Alpine - blower won't start

Hi - I have a Burnham Alpine 105, about 6 years old. This morning I had a hard lockout code 19 "purge rate proving failed", which the documentation says could be a loose connection to the 120V fan wiring, the fan speed harness, or a defective fan.
I've checked all the wiring harnesses at the blower and at the Sage2.1, reset the hard lockout, cycled the power to the boiler, and confirmed that the blower is receiving 120V power. If I spin the blower it will start and run, but will rarely start on the next cycle without manually spinning it again.
My normal service company is not available until next week, nor is anyone else I've called so far. Any suggestions for nursing this along until then?
