It seems that ever since I had my house sided 2 yrs ago my gas heater pilot light keeps blowing out on windy days.
Ive looked at the direct vent exhaust outside and cannot see any difference. I put in a new therm o couple last year and pilot seems to be hitting it OK and the flame is blue enough... Any thoughts, also when it is working it doesn't seem to get as hot as it once did.. There is no electric to this unit just radiant

They over extended the concentric direct vent and you are getting cross contamination from the flue gases to the intake air. The vent needs to be pushed together and sealed with some cement.0
