monoflo baseboard system

replaced the boiler for a small two story house, that has a monoflow tee system with baseboard, purged the system all the rooms heat except one on the second floor.
we've purged the baseboard, even installed a ball valve on the second floor baseboard to purge from the supply and the return. replaced the 007ifc with a 0012ifc to overcome the pressure drop of the monoflow tees, still no flow thru that one baseboard.

gets a little tricky with baseboard on a monoflow.what happened when you bled the rad.Any hot water. If so it aint an air problem as they say.You could cut in 2 monoflow tees instead of one but it might have an impact on rest of system.Check out systems on the toolbar you will get good info

Thanks all for the input, to solve this we removed the old monoflo tee installed two new monoflo tees the width of the baseboard which orignially was 12". installed a purge station on the supply and return risers. filled and purged, system now operating.

A full port ball valve in between the two tees makes purging easy.
