Convert a Wells-Mclain LGB Steam boiler to water

We bought and old church building and are thinking of modifying it into three residential apartments. The steam piping is in terrible shape and much of the piping and most radiators have been removed and we'd like to convert the heating to a hydronic baseboard system. The steam boiler is in great shape and is an LGB 10. Can the boiler be feasibly converted to a water boiler?

Might be cheaper to repair the steam system as it's going to cost a pretty penny to convert that system over. Used radiators are not that expensive, and replacing pipes isnt that bad either.DL Mechanical LLC Heating, Cooling and Plumbing 732-266-5386
