Replacement Zone valve head

The cover on the zone valve identifies it as a
White Rodgers but I think it's a Honeywell. Anyway to confirm?

It looks like a Honeywell and the one next to it is a Honeywell, so I would say it is a Honeywell.

What are the numbers on the White Rodgers cover? There is a WR head that looks like that.0

Replace just the 24 volt motor for a fraction of the cost0

That is a White Rodgers ZV 13A03-112 and it is no longer available in the White Rodgers cross reference. As was suggested you may be able to just replace the synchronous low voltage low amperage motor. If not replace the entire valve.0
