Knight Boiler Igniter issue....

in THE MAIN WALL
Last year while servicing my boiler, when I pulled the plug off the igniter the inside of the igniter came loose from the ceramic surround---replaced the igniter. This year the same thing.... Is there a bad bunch of igniters out there, or is this a common issue?

    Must be a bad batch. That shouldn't happen.
