As in the words of the great Suzanna Roseannadanna..... Never mind.

Actually, I missed the close bull headed TEE and thought others were referring to the one way down the line. On the one way down the line.....Since the split is 3 and 2.5, it is not as bad as an equal bull head. Not the best way for it to be piped, but leave it alone.

Definitely fix the one near the boiler. Sorry for adding confusion to the mix!

No problem-the clarification is always appreciated.

To fix the one near the boiler you mentioned-would that mean running a second main line all the way from the far BULL TEE about 20 feet down the main back to the boiler BULL TEE so the first main section has 2 pipes? Or is there just another pipe configuration that would be better to head down to the equalizer that's not the current setup, requiring only a few feet of pipe changes?

If you are talking to one of the skilled Steam Pros about doing this installation, let him decide how best to resovle any piping issues like those Bull Tees. Changing the piping to the equalizer isn't going to correct steam flow once its out in the system and it hits a Bull Tee.
