How do I know if the coil is leaking and not just the bolts, coil plate, gasket??

    You won't until you dive in. Be prepared for the worst- boiler replacement if the block mating surface is pitted beyond serviceable.. Plan for drill/tapping. Kroil up those bolts and say yer prayers!

    I got the bolts off and a plate in the gasket now that it's open how do I know the coil it's cracked or busted

    What coil? That looked like a coil blank off plate. Are you talking about the boiler block?

    that's what I understand I didn't see a coil so there's no coil to change it's just the plate thank you

    Now I have to find a distributor because The manufacturer will not sell me the parts so I have to go to a distributor
