I finally got my boiler. Yesterday it seemed fine, heating and DHW.
Last night I see it was on lockdown, saying
outlet MRHL
sensores 1 & 2
I have been looking in the manuals, ans so far can not solve the problem
any suggestion?
does someone know what my problem is?
thanks
Mark

You are tripping on the hi limit. Here's a link to the service manual. Page 40.

Does it happen when the boiler switches from DHW to SH? What boiler pump and speed is it on?0
-
it does not happen when switching, I have 15 / 58, was on sppeed 2, just went to 30
-
I got it out of lockdown, and now it says
now it is saying outlet sensor fault0 -
is the outlet sensor the same as the system sensor?0

That kind of error on a new startup usually means your boiler is air locked. Make sure the air vent is open. Burp the t&p. Try to force water through the boiler."If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough"

I filled the system with putting city water thru the boiler.
It seems to be working, but a few strangs things are happening
The DHW tank is close by. so, the return water is heated quickly to the boiler, so my inlet temp is 105 now, but my system temp is 114, but on the other end of the house, the pipes are barely hot, and my basement boiler is totally cold. Maybe it just takes longer to get the system hotter in the back of my house. My radiators are almost cold
another stange thing, I have a mixing valve on my tank, The cold water inlet was actually hot, like the mixer was taking the hot water in the tank, and putting it into the cold water. I have a valve on the line, and just shut it off.
I didn't understand that one0 -
Take some pics of the piping perhaps. Or draw a diagram.0
-
Pictures I can take, but I think it would be hard to understand.
my other post had some drawings, before i did the piping.
I just went downstairs, it met the DHW temp, and my flame was at 78% and the inlet was 105 and outlet temp was 115. maybe the heat difference will change the longer it's on.
I'll look at it later this night0
