drilling pvc vent pipes for combsution tests

I am having the darnedest time trying to find a drill-tap combination tool, does anyone have a source for these?

What size? I know the Greenlee DTAP comes in 1/4-20.0

do they make a 1/4 npt?
I can't find one large enough at McMaster Carr.
I will look at GreenLee.

Have not seen them in NPT sizes. A truss head bolt will work in PVC, though I would prefer fine threads.
We have used 1/4" thread-serts in single wall vent pipe.0 -
