Does this above boiler piping look correct?

I'm looking for an opinion on the above boiler plumbing on this installation. The boiler is a Burnham Megasteam MST288 for a house with a total of 275 EDR. Are the risers tall enough for this boiler? Is the drop header large enough to keep the steam dry on this smaller system. Will the returns conflict with the path of the steam out to the radiators?

Looks good overall. The only thing I notice (and maybe it's just the picture) the Wye connection for the Hartford loop looks a little on the high side. Also the water feeder doesn't appear to have a manual bypass as it should, you always want a manual bypass and isolation valves on those auto feeders. I am sure others will comment about the header size...we always like bigger headers. Looking at it I am pretty sure this is the kit piping from Burnham, that Wye is a dead giveaway.0

The Hartford loop looks too high to me. It is almost up there with the Pressure Relief valve which is definately above the water line of the boiler. Also, if that copper pipe that transitions to black steel and goes into the boiler (coming from the right) is a return, it should be much lower than it is and should be a wet return. The header looks fine.
EDIT: Maybe that copper pipe is a hot water loop of some kind?? It doesn't seem right.0 -
I wouldn't have put the water feeder in that position as it makes the counter very hard to read. But the boiler piping looks like they used the Burnham piping kit for that boiler, so it should be fine. The riser height is good too.All Steamed Up, Inc.
