how does this valve work? need to replace frozen and broken radiator anything to be concerned with?

looks like picture didnt post. can try again later its an old three way radaitor valve only one inlet to radiator0

Thats it! Do radiators have the same heating capacity? the one we have seems large for a 14' sq bedroom0

I'm not sure, but the only way I could see that working is if there was a long lance/probe which connected the return to the far end of the radiator.0

That's kind of what's in there and how they work. Some things work better, Probably why you don't see many of them.0
