does anyone know about consolidated furnaces, as far as who made them and where to get parts? I had never heard of them until today, and in looking on the internet there is information about them being a hazard if installed in an attic . I am not sure if this is true or not.any information would be much appreciated. thanks to all.

They've been out of business for over ten years.
They weren't a bad product. I installed a few, never had any problems. Never heard of any issues with installing them in attics.Bob Boan

It appears that the issue was with low NOx furnaces sold in CA.Bob Boan

Your only hope is Texas Furnace. They bought the design from Consolidated. But if the furnace is a Consolidated, it's likely at the end of its useful life. What part ya need?
