Weil McLain whistle

I have a WM Ultra 3 installed in 2012. Customer complains about a high pitch whistling. I've pulled apart the supply & exhaust [ 3" PVC ] & ran the boiler... its not the fan, I think. Is it possible or probable that the boiler circulator is pushing too much FPS...velocity I mean ? This is coming back to bite me. Not sure what to do.

Did it always do this? Have you checked the gas pressure and done a combustion analysis?0

Make sure your condensate lines are free and clean. When was this last cleaned and maintained? Plugged condensate causes combustion air flow problems and I have seen them whistle and hum from poor air movement.0
