Strange noise

Hi,
I am hearing a very strange noise from my boiler, and was hoping to get some thoughts before talking to a heating specialist, just so I can sound reasonably knowledgeable. Here is a video:

The system is a Teledyne Laars Mini Term II. I think it's kind of a unique system- there is no separate boiler tank. The system handles both heat (forced hot water) and domestic. I think there is a small tank inside.

Thanks in advance for any thoughts.

The ignitor makes a sound similar to that.I think your noise is more metallic than that.
That sounds like a relay that has either gone bad or is getting fluttering power.
It's pretty loud so it should be easy to find.

Is the boiler on when you hear the noise? I'm guessing maybe the solenoid on the gas valve?
