Dunkirk quantum 90-200

I have a Dunkirk Quantum 90-200 boiler that will not ignite. It goes through the purge cycle, and the igniter glows orange, then the valve and flame light flash on and off again very quickly, then it starts the cycle again. It will occasionally stay lit for 10-15 minutes and then go out.

What is the incoming gas pressure? Before you start to light it off and then when it starts to try to ignite?0

What is the size of the boiler in btu input and its age? 90-200 is the series but not the actual size.
The burner may be dirty or need replacing. ECR had a retro fit burner for some those a few years back.
About the only other thing that you could check would be any possible restriction in the flue piping and the condensate for drainage.
Other than that, you need a competent tech that's fimiliar with serving that boiler.Bob Boan
You can choose to do what you want, but you cannot choose the consequences.0 -
Where in NE, it is a big state, if you had the sub zero weather recently your outside venting could be partially plugged.0
