control of return,and supply fans

does anyone know of a control that can be installed to control a supply fan based on duct static pressure, and a return fan based on building pressure, that has a digital readout to tell what the current conditions are? We have a job where the current ems did this, and it no longer works (it was out dated when it did work) The rooftop units control their own staging, and temperatures the ems only controlled the fans. The existing pressure controls can send either a 0-10vdc or a 4-20 ma signal,so I would like to keep them.If anyone knows of such a control please post. Thanks to all.
