Question regarding Dimension B

In The Lost Art of Steam Heating, Holohan writes on page 128 that, "The only force you have to put the water back in the boiler in a gravity-return, 2-pipe system is the difference in height between the water boiler line and THE LOWEST STEAM TRAP. That's the B Dimension and you need 30 inches of vertical space for each psig of boiler pressure." Okay, I have a couple of basement radiators, so does THE LOWEST STEAM TRAP mean to include their radiator steam traps?
