SWITCHING FROM OLD BOILER TO TANKLESS WATER HEATER

JUST SWITCHED 7 NOT GETTING ANY CONDENSATION OUT OF DRAINS. SO IT DON'T WANT TO GET TO ROOM TEMP. AFTER A FEW HOURS GET P1 CODE ( NOT ENOUGH FLOW TO OPERATE ) THIS IS AFTER INCREASED TEMP TO 125 AT 120 IT RUNS FOR DAYS BUT WON'T GET OVER 67 DEGREES. NO CONDENSATE COMES OUT OF EXHAUST OR HEATER

    Definitely a bad sphitzer valve.Just turn the gonkulation screw three and a half turns couple turns counter clockwise and it should be purring like a kitten.

    Sounds like you used a water heater for an application that needed a boiler. Give us more info. Pix help too.
