Ducane furnace blower running constantly

in THE MAIN WALL
I'm working on a Ducane model# MPGA100B4. After initial start up, lost power to inducer motor. Replaced control board. All was working for several cycles then the blower motor stuck on. I've checked the high limit and auxiliary switches and all are closed. I'm not sure where to go from here

    Is it firing? Continuous blower is an indication of an open safety.
