With the way this boiler mixes supply and return water it states that 122*F Supply is enough and return waters are not an issue if the 122 can be reached in 10 minutes of firing. My real question is, would the design of this boiler mean that Primary loop piping systems are not of much benifit?

    That would also depend upon your system and it's flow requirements, but in most usual cases p/s is not necessary.
