Concord 80 furnace with a honeywell smartvalve

My heater is not working and i checked the valve. I noticed that it is blinking 3 times. Does anyone know what that means?

    What is the number on the SmartValve? Most of these valves a 3 flash code means the pressure switch did not close after an attempt for 30 seconds. Has the unit been serviced recently? It could be a problem with the draft inducer, plugged hoses, condensate line plugged, vent restricted in some way. You will need to get a professional to come take a look at it.
