These were it the Calefactio booth at the CIPHEX Expo in Calgary last week.

The condensate neutralizer that allows you to use one, two or three bags, depending on flow rate. The bags are dated to see how often they need replacement. Clear top allows easy viewing.

Iso flange with purge cock and pressure gauge port.

Liking the flanges. Just the other week I spoke with a guy in one of the big companies about flanges with a tapping for a gauge. Glad someone else thought of it too.

If installers started asking and insisting on gauge ports flanges, they would start supplying them. Years ago, you could buy them from Taco, tapped 1/8" IPS on the side of the flange.

If you want to know what the system is doing, you need to know the flow pressures.

There is not a lot of meat (metal) in the flange or the pumps bodies anymore to tap an 1/8" port.

I like the idea of putting the port in the valve body. it's easy to add the metal to the body and accommodate the port.

@hot rod How soon is Caleffi going to have the Presscon available on all the air separators in all the sizes?
