Hot water loop

The next job I'm doing also has a hot water baseboard loop running off the boiler, and it worked ok but lost water sometimes, I'm assuming because there is no by pass loop installed.

My question is what is the proper way to pipe off a hot water loop including controls. I already have one B&G flo control, an all bronze B&G 100 series pump, aquastat and pump controler, what else is needed?? Thanks guys
