Heated Floor Mats in Bathroom

I recently installed heated floor mats in my 2 bathrooms (20 & 40sq ft). I'm curious about the cost to run these all winter. Is it more cost efficient to have them on thermostat set backs at night? How long does it take for them to heat back up for the morning?
Any idea on the cost to run them all the time? They do a good job heating the bathroom and wonder if it makes sense to run them all the time during the winter.
Thanks!

Is this primary heat, supplemental heat or just floor warming? What is the wattage of the material used and how much was used per bathroom, what are you paying per KW hour, is the floor insulated underneath? There are so many factors it's tough to figure out an answer. Your best bet is going to be trial and error.

How are you heating the rest of the house?
Many people just like the "warm floor" feel in this case a timer is a good idea.
Rob's questions are good ones...
