Pro Pal Purge Tee

Triangle PT110 tied into a secondary header using Webstone 58664 Pro-Pal purge tee.
With ball valve open between the closely space tees, the boiler water only seems to go directly back to boiler causing it to go off on high limit. With ball valve closed, system works but fine, but defeats the idea of primary/secondary closely spaced tees. About a foot of straight pipe going in and out of purge tee. Has anyone else experience this? Any Fix? I asked at Webstone but did not received a responce yet.

Can you post some photos of the piping?

If your piping and circulator placement is normal, the system circle is probably not running.

    What Rob said, pics please.

Yeah, What @RobG‌ and @Harvey Ramer‌ "‌said.. Show us your pics. I'm interested now. That webstone Pri/Sec valve is pretty cool right. I think that Webstone is 1" X1" . Sounds like the secondary circ. is D.O.A./M.I.A. or taking a nap. It's not the newest one from Hasbro, is it. I posted a pic below.

There was an error rendering this rich post.

It may be a wiring issue. Circs on a new boiler being DOA is very rare.
