Maintaining System Pressure

I found this photo over at ElectricalContractor.net. I'm not sure but it appears that someone rigged a bug sprayer to pressurize the hydronic system.

System Pressure:
Must have been reading some DIY heating site.
I'm particularly impressed with that R-19 foil insulation covering the pipes. If it's that important to need to use a bug sprayer to maintain pressure, I'd hate to have to look for a leak.
A cheap out if you want to maintain pressure with Anti-Freeze in a system. A lot cheaper than using a Well Extrol tank, pumped up with solution and connecting it to a boiler drain before the fill valve.
Steamhead is Wrong. You CAN fix stupid. There's an example of it.0
